Shri Aditya Mishra is an IPS officer of 1989 batch of UP Cadre. He has been working as Chairman, Land Ports Authority of India since December, 2019. Before joining LPAI, he has served as a police officer in Uttar Pradesh and also in BSF and SSB with Government of India. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.
Ms. Rekha Raikar Kumar is an ICAS Officer of 1995 batch. She has joined as Member (Finance) LPAI w.e.f. 01.11.2021. Before joining LPAI, she was serving as Jt. CGA, PFMS Division, O/o CGA, DoE, MoF, ND. She has experience of working with field offices of various Ministries like H&FW, CBIC, CBDT, Deptt. of Eco Affairs, DoE, Department of Atomic Energy, MoD, MoL&E and MSD&E. She holds M.Sc. (Elect) & Master in Financial Management (MFM) from Mumbai University and Degree of Master of Philosophy in Defence and Strategic Studies from University of Madras.
Shri Sanjeev Gupta is an ITS Officer of 1988 batch. He has joined as Member (Planning & Development), LPAI w.e.f.01.04.2022. Before joining LPAI, he was serving as Deputy Director General in the Department of Telecommunications(DoT), Ministry of Communications. He joined the DoT in 1990. Since then he has worked in various capacities in various States. He has worked for an international assignment for three years in Kuwait. He is also having four years experience of working with the TRAI from 2007 to 2010. Before joining LPAI, he was a Govt. Nominee Director in TCIL & BSNL.
Shri Vivek Verma is an Officer from the Indian Revenue Service (IT) of 2003 batch. Before joining at LPAI on deputation, he was serving as Commissioner of Income Tax. Presently, he is posted as Secretary in LPAI, New Delhi since 18 Jan 2023(AN)
Shri. Col. Giteshdeep Singh Sandhu is an officer of 2001 batch Indian Army. He has been working as Director (Projects) Land Ports Authority of India (LPAI) since January 2022. Before joining LPAI, he has varied experience and held appointments in Corps of Engineer, Army Aviation, MES and Area HQ. He holds a M.Tech Degree in Thermal Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Shri Ajeet Kumar Singh is an officer of 1993 batch from Border Security Force (BSF). He has been working as Director (Operations), Land Ports Authority of India since August, 2020. Before this he has served as Commandant in BSF. He holds a Master’s degree in Criminology & Police Administration from Madurai Kamraj University, Madurai.
Shri Rajesh Kumar Saini is an officer of 1986 batch from the Border Security Force (BSF). He is posted as Under Secretary (Operations), Land Ports Authority of India. Before joining LPAI on deputation, he was serving as Deputy Commandant in BSF. Before joining LPAI on deputation, he was working as Deputy Director (Finance) in Re-sent Commissioner Office, Madhya Pradesh Bhawan, New Delhi. Shri Manoj Ramdas Sonawane is working as Executive Engineer (Civil) in LPAI. He joined Govt. service in the year 2005 in Military Engineer Service. Before joining LPAI on deputation, he was working as an Assistant Garrison Engineer at Air Force Station, Nal Bikaner. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University.
